Basic introduction:
Coated aluminum coil/sheet is the printing product produced by the fluorocarbon roll coating on the surface of the aluminum plate after the pre-treatment of chromatin and so on. It has become a new material to replace the traditional stone and glass curtain wall.
Application:
Coated Aluminum widely used in roofing and wall system, curtain wall products, honeycomb panels, insulation panels, shutters, lighting fixtures, household appliances, food packing ( Such as cans lid, cans pull-tabs), furniture and others. We strive to develop as an excellent company of scale, industrialization, professionalization, internationalization with prime brand.
About painting:
The paints currently used by our factory are well-known brands home and abroad such as PPG,BECKERS and AKZO NOBEL produced by PE and PVDF coating according to customer’s requirement.
PVDF Coating:
PVDF coating mainly refers to a vinylidene fluoride homopolymer or a copolymer of vinylidene fluoride and other small amount of fluorine-containing vinyl monomer. The chemical structure is stable and firm, and the physical properties of the fluorocarbon coating make the PVDF coated aluminum coil better wear resistance, impact resistance, fading resistance, and UV resistance.
PE Coating:
The PE coating is formed by repeatedly baking the surface of the aluminum plate to form a solid continuous film which is firmly adhered. It is an anti-UV ultraviolet coating and has decorative properties.

Henan Worthwill Industry Co., Ltd is the international sales company of Henan Jinyu Color Aluminum Co., Ltd. Our Factory is located in the Industrial Park of Huiguo Town, Gongyi, Zhengzhou, China, which is nearby Gongyi Nan High Speed Railway Station and G310 State Road with a convenient transportation.
Our main products are aluminum color coating sheet/coil, curtain wall panel, wooden grain and marble coated products. We are the only one who can produce thickness 5.0mm and width 1800mm roller coated products in our province. We have 3 coating production lines in our plant with the thickness from 0.2mm - 5.0mm with max width 1800mm, we also have slitting machine, embossing machine, brushing machine and cutting machine.
